Video surveillance as a method of ensuring security at mass events
The requirements for the organization of mass events, in particular aspects related to security, have recently been published. The document was developed by the Federal Security Service and presented to the general public on the state Internet resource "Official Internet Portal of Legal Information".
At the same time, a classification of events (4 categories) has been developed, depending on the attempts to commit terrorist attacks on the venue, the estimated number of victims, and the degree of damage.
It is worth noting that regardless of the category (the exception is 4 - the lowest level of danger), the organizers are required to install both an alert system and video surveillance.
