New fingerprint scanner developed

The Smartec brand product line will replenish with a scanner capable of recognizing dummies. The ST-FE800 has an 8-bit color depth with resolution settings ranging from 500 to 1000 dpi. Among other things, the device "knows how" to work with wet, dry, rough skin - i.e. in ordinary household situations.

An important feature of the ST-FE800 is that the scanner connects to the computer via a regular USB port. To work, you need the Taymeks software, but it is possible to integrate into other applications. The software is compatible with Windows OS versions 7, 8 and 10, server versions of the operating system. Power is also supplied via USB. The area of ​​the scanning element is only 1.5 by 2 centimeters.

The equipment is easily connected and configured, without requiring special qualifications. It features high accuracy fingerprint recognition. It can be used to create templates for a new user (tenant, employee, etc.).

An important feature: recognition of the "live" finger. The device distinguishes it from high-quality cast molds. In view of this, getting around the security system at the facility will become more difficult.
