Surveillance cameras helped to uncover a bank robbery

The robbery of the century was solved in Smolensk! The criminal who robbed the Tver city bank of seven million was successfully caught by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Smolensk. By the time he was captured, the criminal had already bought a pistol, a pair of foreign-made cars, and exchanged some of the bills for foreign currency.
On the evening of September 5, just before closing time, a man entered the bank's office and, under threats of physical violence, forced a bank employee to open the safe and give him the money. The amount stolen was seven million rubles. It was only thanks to the video surveillance cameras installed in the bank that it was possible to find out the identity of the person who committed the robbery. He turned out to be a fifty-nine-year-old man, who, as the investigation found out, had also previously been prosecuted under an article of the Criminal Code. Currently, a criminal faces up to fifteen years in prison for a botched robbery.
Telecom SB installs video surveillance cameras at all financial facilities in order to view all incoming and outgoing persons. Surveillance cameras will help you quickly establish the truth when such situations occur.
