Moscow buses will be monitored using video cameras
The tracking system, which includes an application for mobile devices, will monitor the work of private carriers. GKU "Transportation Organizer" will receive information about all violations confirmed by photo and video materials. If the fact of violation is established, the driver will be awarded penalty points, the number of which is used to decide on his punishment.
The violations that will be followed by sanctions are:
-
uncoordinated route change;
-
advertising in the vehicle interior;
-
poor-quality operation of information boards or other equipment;
-
refusal to work with preferential passengers;
-
other violations.
Monitoring of compliance with the agreed routes is carried out using the GLONASS system. Currently, transport routes No. 199k, 368 and 320 are equipped with such systems. Each of the buses is equipped with several video cameras that record not only the actions of the drivers, but also the behavior and faces of the people in the cabin.
From now on, not only a representative of GKU "Transportation Organizer", but also ordinary passengers will be able to report a violation. To do this, you can use the phone numbers placed on each bus.
